Moving Forward
The Moving Forward workshop is a personal development session designed for people who have divorced or separated from their partner. Designed to help you work through the complex feelings associated with the break-up and learn skills to help you rebuild your life. This workshop offers a chance to meet people going through a similar life stage and is designed to help participants come to terms with the break up of a relationship and learn new techniques to help them begin to move forward in a positive way.

Parents Apart
This workshop looks at the impact of divorce and separation on children and their parents. It offers the opportunity for you to share concerns and experiences while offering strategies to help children cope with this change in their lives.

Counselling Skills for Non Counsellors
A four day course for those engaged in a helping or supporting role privately or professionally. The aim of the course is to provide an understanding of the basics of counselling, including the three stage model based upon Carkhuff and Egan. Also included are interview management ethical issues and and the opportunity to practise the skills of basic counselling.

Further Counselling Skills
This four day course is ideal for those who offer a higher level of emotional support as part of their role. It is designed for those who have undertaken an introductory counselling skills course and would like to further develop their skills.

Parent Information Programme ( Contact Activity Order)
Relate London north West are pleased to be able to offer the Parenting Information Programme for separated parents who have been directed by the courts to attend. It is designed to help parents understand the impact of ongoing parental conflict on their children and to provide advice and support about how to reduce it. The programme consists of 2 x 2 hour sessions and will be free to those referred by the family courts.
