A one day workshop for parents who are separated or divorced

If you’re concerned about how your children will cope with the break-up of your relationship, take a day with Relate to think about how you and your ex-partner can work together to help your children through divorce and the following years.
This workshop will help you manage the practical and emotional aspects of being co-parents living apart. It offers an opportunity to share concerns and experiences as well as offering strategies for helping your children cope with this change in their lives. Parents can also learn about how they can develop a new and different relationship with their ex-partner.
